About The Role
We are seeking a professional, highly organised, and welcoming Finance Assistant to join our small and supportive office team. This is a pivotal dual role, combining responsibility as the first point of contact for our school community with the delivery of essential financial and administrative support. As the face of the school, you will play a key role in creating a warm, efficient and professional environment for visitors, parents and pupils.
The successful candidate will provide a high-quality administrative service, with a strong focus on financial processes and compliance. Working as an integral member of the office team, you will also provide administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team, coordinate the whole-school calendar, produce the school newsletter and ensure the website remains up to date, compliant and engaging.
We are looking for a motivated and adaptable individual who remains calm under pressure and is committed to delivering excellent service to all stakeholders. You will be a collaborative team player who shares the school’s values and is dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of safeguarding, accuracy and professionalism.
In return, you will join a skilled and committed team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, where you will play a valued and active role in the day-to-day life of the school.
