Key Responsibilities
• Provide a warm and professional first point of contact for parents, visitors, and staff.
• Handle telephone calls, emails, and general enquiries efficiently.
• Assist with pupil attendance records and maintain accurate data.
• Support with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and preparing documents.
• Work collaboratively with the office team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

• Competent in using IT systems (Microsoft Office and school software).
