How You’ll Make an Impact
*Active Support: Maintain a constant, calming presence around the school to uphold our high standards and provide immediate support to teaching staff.
*Targeted Intervention: Implement 1:1 and small group mentoring, focusing on social skills, anger management, and personalized behavioral targets.
*Restorative Practice: Resolve serious incidents through restorative justice techniques, aiming to reduce exclusions and keep students learning within their community.
*Collaborative Network: Work proactively with parents, carers, and external agencies to create a unified, supportive environment for every child.
*Continuous Growth: Participate in professional development, including our journey toward becoming a fully trauma-informed school.

This post is a customer-facing position and falls within the scope of the Code of Practice on English Language Requirement for Public Sector Workers.
