  • About The Role

  • We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and friendly cleaner to join our dedicated team at Upland Primary School. You will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our children, staff, and visitors.

    This position requires lone working and involves cleaning a separate building, Nursery, located within the school grounds.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Cleaning classrooms, toilets, corridors, pre-school and communal areas
    • Ensuring high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
    • Reporting any maintenance or health & safety issues

    We are looking for someone who:
    • Has a good eye for detail and takes pride in their work
    • Can prioritise tasks effectively
    • Can work independently and as part of a team
    • Is trustworthy, punctual, and committed
    • Has previous cleaning experience (preferred but not essential as training will be provided)
