We are thrilled to be expanding our Early Years provision this September and are looking for an inspiring Early Years Teacher to join our vibrant, ambitious team. This is a permanent role starting in the Autumn term and a fantastic opportunity to help shape a growing department and make a real difference to our children and families.
At Woodside, you’ll be part of a collaborative, forward thinking staff team who are passionate about creating joyful, meaningful learning experiences. We offer a comprehensive, bespoke CPD programme throughout the year, and we are proud of our strong track record in developing staff at every stage of their career.
All our pupils have an EHCP and are working significantly below age related expectations, so this role is ideal for teachers with experience or training in Early Years, Primary, or Specialist settings. We also warmly welcome ECTs and those with experience in SEN and autism who are eager to grow their practice.
We follow an EYFS/Primary model of teaching all the way up to Year 13, with specialist teaching introduced from Year 10 onwards — offering a unique opportunity to develop your skills across a wide range of ages while still working within a nurturing, Early Years informed approach.
If you’re enthusiastic, creative, and excited by the idea of joining a school that values teamwork, professional growth and child centred practice, we’d love to hear from you.
We are seeking to appoint class teachers who are:
• Passionate about high quality personalised provision for children with autism.
• An excellent teacher with experience or expertise in working with pupils with complex needs in EYFS/Primary/Special Needs.
• Will be an excellent role model, especially encouraging positive relationships with everyone they come into contact with.
• Equipped with strong inter-personnel needs.
• A resilient practitioner committed to further development.
• Someone who loves working closely with others to change things for the better.
