We are currently looking to appoint a Midday Supervisor to join our team and help ensure that lunchtime periods run smoothly and safely.
As a Midday Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising children during lunch breaks, ensuring their safety and well-being while encouraging positive behaviour. You will work closely with other staff members to create a friendly atmosphere where children feel supported and cared for.
Skills and Qualifications:
- No previous experience required; full training will be provided
- Good communication skills with both children and adults
- Ability to remain calm, patient, and approachable at all times
- Basic understanding of health and safety procedures is desirable but not essential
