  • About The Role

  • We are looking to appoint Examination Invigilators to supervise our examinations. You would need to have good availability during February into March and May into June and then in November. Invigilators play a vital role in the smooth running of examinations and we are seeking candidates who are reliable, punctual, who can follow instructions (as laid down by Exam Boards and the School), work under pressure and can relate to and motivate students. 

    The role is paid at £14.21 per hour including holiday pay and the requirement will vary depending on the examination timetable. There will be full training given.

    This post is a customer-facing position and falls within the scope of the Code of Practice on English Language Requirement for Public Sector Workers. The school has a statutory duty under Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016 to ensure that post holders have a command of spoken English sufficient for the effective performance of the job requirements. The appropriate standards are set out in the JD/Person Specification.
