Upland’s Little Explorers, a brand-new term-time only preschool that opened in September 2025, is seeking to recruitment a Level 2 OR Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join the team. Key Responsibilities
• Provide consistent, responsive care to very young children.
• Undertake personal care tasks.
• Contribute to the development of a high-quality learning environment.
• Liaise closely with parents and carers to inform them of their child's progress.
• Assist with daily routines including mealtimes and transition between activities.
• Ensure that all safeguarding and health and safety policies are followed.
We are looking for someone who
• Has a Level 2 OR Level 3, full and relevant, qualifications
• Enjoys working with children
• Communicates well children and adults.
• Has experience of working in a pre-school.

This post is a customer-facing position and falls within the scope of the Code of Practice on English Language Requirement for Public Sector Workers.
