The right candidate will:
- Have a relevant Nursery Nurse qualification (experience in a school nursery setting is desirable)
- Be comfortable covering classes, planning (using prepared schemes of work), resourcing and feeding back to teachers.
- Be able to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Have high expectations for themselves and our pupils
- Promote our Christian vision and values
- Be committed to the safety and well-being of our children
- Have the desire and ambition to continually develop and improve as a practitioner
