We are seeking a reliable and proactive Premises / Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of our school site.
You will play a key role in ensuring the school environment is safe, secure, and well maintained, supporting both the daily operation of the school and wider community use.
Key responsibilities:
● Maintain a safe, secure and compliant school site
● Carry out and coordinate maintenance and repairs
● Supervise a Site Assistant and liaise with contractors
● Monitor cleaning standards and site presentation
● Support school events and out-of-hours activities
● Act as a key holder and respond to emergencies
We are looking for someone who has:
● Basic IT skills
● Practical maintenance skills
● Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks
● A positive attitude and flexible approach
