St Columba's Catholic Boys' School is looking to appoint a Site & Compliance Manager.
The core purposes of the role is to support teaching and learning through the management and development of the school site and premises, ensuring statutory compliance, Health & Safety and effective FM in line with DfE Good Estate Management for Schools guidance.
The postholder will oversee PPMs, introduce computerised compliance and facilities management systems, monitor contractor performance and site improvements, manage projects, all whilst promoting a safe, secure, well-maintained and fully compliant learning environment.
This post is a customer-facing position and falls within the scope of the Code of Practice on English Language Requirement for Public Sector Workers. The school has a statutory duty under Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016 to ensure that post holders have a command of spoken English sufficient for the effective performance of the job requirements. The appropriate standards are set out in the JD/Person Specification.
