We are seeking a caring and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) team, providing targeted support to children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
This is a fixed-term position until 31 August 2026.
The ideal candidate will work as part of our experienced and supportive EYFS team to help meet the needs of children including those with SEND. You will assist in delivering high-quality learning experiences, contributing to a nurturing environment where all children can thrive. Working closely with teachers, the SENCO, and other professionals, you’ll help to implement support strategies and interventions that enable children, including those with SEND, to access the curriculum and develop socially, emotionally, and academically.
The ideal candidate will have:
• The minimum of a Level 2 Diploma or equivalent, with proficient practical skills
• Knowledge of a range of primary school interventions and provisions
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work well as part of a team.
