Assistant Headteacher - Marlborough School

Marlborough School are seeking to appoint an inspirational, motivated and passionate leader to join the school as an Assistant Headteacher. As AHT, you will provide excellent leadership and management to ensure positive outcomes for all students. You will lead a cluster of classes, and have a strategic focus on areas including Enrichment, Assessment and Wellbeing.

We are looking for an individual who is motivated, patient, and passionate about the learning and wellbeing of our students, and who can work well as part of a team to develop the strategic direction of the school. Please refer to the Job Description and Person Specification for more information.

Marlborough School is split-site, with one site on Marlborough Park Avenue and our Legacy site at Chislehurst and Sidcup Grammar School.  

This post is a customer-facing position and falls within the scope of the Code of Practice on English Language Requirement for Public Sector Workers. The school has a statutory duty under Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016 to ensure that post holders have a command of spoken English sufficient for the effective performance of the job requirements. The appropriate standards are set out in the JD/Person Specification. These will be applied during the recruitment/selection and probationary stages
