We are seeking a professional, highly organised and welcoming Administration Assistant to join our small and supportive office team. This is a pivotal dual role, combining responsibility as the first point of contact for our school community with the delivery of administrative and financial support. As the face of the school, you will play a key role in creating a warm, efficient and professional environment for visitors, parents and pupils.
The successful candidate will enjoy a high-energy, fast-paced office environment, providing a high-quality administrative service with a focus on financial processes and compliance. As an integral member of a dynamic team, you must demonstrate the agility to manage multiple competing priorities effectively. Your role will involve coordinating the whole-school calendar, producing the school newsletter, and ensuring the website remains up to date, compliant, and engaging, all while maintaining absolute accuracy in a busy setting.
We are looking for a motivated and adaptable individual who remains calm under pressure and is committed to delivering excellent service to all stakeholders. You will be a collaborative team player who shares the school’s values and is dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of safeguarding, accuracy and professionalism.
In return, you will join a skilled and committed team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, where you will play a valued and active role in the day-to-day life of the school.
This job description outlines the core responsibilities of the role but is not intended to be an exhaustive list. The post-holder may be expected to undertake other administrative duties as reasonably required by the School Business Manager to support the needs of the school.
If you take pride in your work and have a ‘can do’ attitude we would like to meet you.
