  • About The Role

  • We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Early Years/KS1 Teaching Assistant and Midday Supervisor to support children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in our nurturing early years setting.

    The ideal candidate will have:

    • Experience of working in Early Years and supporting children with SEN.
    • The minimum of a Level 2 Diploma or equivalent.
    • Understanding of the EYFS framework and inclusive practices.
    • Patience, empathy and be committed to supporting every child’s potential.
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
    • Confidence in promoting positive behaviour and social interaction.
