We are opening a new Specialist Resource Provision for pupils with Autism and Speech, Language and Communication Needs in September 2026 and we are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled teacher to lead this exciting development and play a central role in shaping how the provision works in practice.
This is a rare opportunity to design routines, structures and curriculum approaches alongside a supportive leadership team. The successful candidate will help establish consistent practice, embed effective strategies and ensure the provision becomes a sustainable and successful part of the school.
Rather than stepping into an established system, you will help create it — ensuring it is calm, structured and successful for pupils now and in the future.
