We Are Looking For a Deputy Head Teacher Who Will:
• Work in strategic partnership with the Head Teacher to drive cohesive, strategic and aligned leadership
• Lead on teaching, learning, curriculum and professional development with passion and clarity
• Be the school’s Designated Safeguarding Leader, championing a robust safeguarding culture across the whole school
• Model excellence in professional conduct, communication and leadership
• Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, families and the wider community including governors and the local authority
• Think strategically while maintaining a strong operational management of the school
• Inspire staff through high expectations, coaching and the development of a positive professional culture
• Lead with warmth, integrity and resilience
• Demonstrate a deep commitment to inclusion and the belief that every child can achieve
