We are seeking an experienced, capable, enthusiastic, problem solving, highly organised and skilled Premises Manager with good knowledge of Health and Safety and evidence of excellent communication skills and a “can-do” attitude.
The Premises Manager will lead the organisation of statutory, general maintenance and upkeep of the buildings, premises and grounds of Longlands Primary School to ensure we are providing a safe, secure, clean and warm environment for pupils, staff and visitors. We are looking for someone who is able to work independently as well as part of a team and can be extremely flexible to meet the operational needs of the school. Confidence in using ICT packages is essential alongside the ability to communicate with a diverse range of stakeholder’s including parents/carers, local schools and multi-agency colleagues. We are keen to appoint a highly professional and confidential individual to provide all Premises related support to the Headteacher.
