  • About The Role

  • St Fidelis is seeking to appoint a new EYFS Leader to determine the strategic development and ensure the delivery of the school’s provision with its nursery and two Reception classes in the London Borough of Bexley.

    The school’s new EYFS Leader will work across the EYFS settings in the school to support the professional development of both teachers and support staff, ensuring that all children have access to great learning opportunities across the settings.

    You will be dedicated to ensuring that all our children receive the very best early years education possible, both within and beyond their classrooms.

    You will have a good understanding of how early childhood development occurs and what role an EYFS setting can play in that development.  You will have detailed knowledge of the EYFS statutory framework and handbook.
